§ 51.06 SALE OF WATER BEYOND CITY LIMITS.
   The city will sell water to persons outside the corporate limits of the city if all requirements and conditions of this chapter are met and if the city has sufficient water to sell. Further, the city may discontinue the sale and supply of water at any time and for so long as it or any of its agents deem in the best interests of the city.
