§ 95.05 CORRECTIVE ACTION BY CITY.
   If the landowner fails or refuses either:
   (A)   To return to the city written authority for corrective action within 20 days of the city’s notice to the landowner; or
   (B)   To complete corrective action within 45 days of the notice, then the city, at its expense and subject to the provisions of § 95.03, may take the following corrective action at any time thereafter:
      (1)   Fell and remove any tree whose branches and limbs do or may soon contact any primary or secondary distribution line and whose trunk stands within or under the clear zone surrounding such line;

      (2)   Trim other trees which do or may soon contact any primary or secondary distribution line or service line so as to establish a clear zone as described herein for each such line;
      (3)   Trim or fell and remove dead or leaning trees which in falling would strike a primary or secondary distribution line; and
      (4)   Remove from the landowner’s premises all trees, branches, limbs, and brush felled by the city pursuant to this subchapter, if requested to do so by the landowner.
