§ 32.01 EMPLOYMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The newly revised Personnel Policy and Procedures for Jackson County Employees dated October 10, 2013, is hereby adopted and approved as the employment policy and procedures for all Jackson County employees.

§ 32.02 SHERIFF'S OFFICE POLICY MANUAL ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The Jackson County Sheriff's Office Policy Manual is hereby adopted, by reference, as a guide for procedures to be used in the further conduct of the county's law enforcement function.
   (B)   Implementation of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office Policy Manual and subsequent administration thereof shall be an administrative function of the County Sheriff's Office.
   (C)   A copy of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office Policy Manual and any initiated changes thereto shall be maintained by the Jackson County Clerk and shall be open for inspection and copying during regular office hours.
