(A) The period of duration of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, upon which in part the creation of the Board was based, and of the Board shall be perpetual, subject to the provisions of § 31.125(B).
(B) The county and the city may terminate the Board by the adoption of ordinances to that effect, in which event any assets of the Board shall, subject to any liens or encumbrances and subject to the rights of any donor, become the property of the county.
(C) The Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, upon which in part the creation of the Board was based, may be amended only by a writing executed by the county and the city.
