133.02 RULES.

The Service/Safety Director shall establish necessary rules and regulations for the operation of the Fire Department and for the appointment of other officers from the volunteers, as provided in Ohio R.C. 737.09. The chain of command shall be set forth in the department rules and regulations. (Ord. 40-10. Passed 6-28-10.)
