11.04.103: PENALTY:
Any persons violating any of the foregoing rules and regulations, other than vandalism which shall be prosecuted under provisions for offenses against property, shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor. Each violation shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 2005-33, 2005)
