11.03.123: PLACEMENT OF MARKERS:

It is unlawful for any person to erect, place or cause to be placed any marker or monument on any lot in the cemetery in violation of the rules and regulations promulgated by the city council regarding the placement, construction and design of all such markers. (Ord. 2006-18, 2006)
