11.02.104: EXCAVATIONS SUBJECT TO CHAPTER PROVISIONS:
The following types of excavations are subject to the provisions of this chapter:
Excavations for installation or repair of water lines, sewer lines, gas lines, electrical cable and conduits, telephone cable and conduits, and all other excavations for any other purpose within the street rights of way of the city or in other public places. (Ord. 2006-18, 2006)
