11.01.303: RESTRICTED ACCESS TO CENTRAL ISLAND:
Entry onto the central island of a roundabout shall be limited to persons authorized by Ivins City to perform inspections, repairs, maintenance to improvements within the central island or for purposes of code enforcement. It shall be unlawful, punishable as an infraction, for any other person to enter onto the central island. (Ord. 2010-03, 2010)
