10.04.115: PENALTY:
In addition to any penalty provided herein, any violation of this chapter shall be a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in this code. Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, and each day a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2006-37, 2006)
