10.01.109: WHEN CASH PAYMENT REQUIRED:
In the event two (2) checks are returned to the city for nonsufficient funds (NSF) within a twelve (12) month period, then the applicant or user shall be required to pay for services in cash for the next twelve (12) months. (Ord. 2006-11, 2006)
