5.12.106: PENALTY:
Any violation of this chapter is a class B misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), not including any mandatory fees and surcharges imposed by law or a court of competent jurisdiction. (Ord. 2013-05, 2013)
