1.01.105: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:
Whenever anything contained in any city ordinance shall be or become in conflict with any provision of the laws of the state, such provisions of the city ordinance shall be deemed to be repealed and to be of no effect for such period as such law so in conflict therewith shall remain in effect, and the state law shall govern. (Ord. 2005-45, 2005)
