(1) The city council shall hold two (2) regular meetings, which shall be held on the first and third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise posted, at city hall, 55 North Main Street, which meetings shall begin promptly at five thirty o'clock (5:30) P.M.
(2) If a regular meeting date falls on a legal holiday, then the city council may, by a majority vote of the city council, change the date to another date.
(3) The city council may, by a majority vote of the city council, provide for a different time and place for holding any regular meeting of the city council. (Ord. 2005-38, 2005)
