2.01.107: RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION:
The city council shall approve rules and regulations which are not inconsistent with the laws of this state, for the efficient administration, organization, operation, conduct and business of the city. (Ord. 2005-38, 2005)
