4.04.201: ENTRY OF JUDGMENT LIEN:
After obtaining a judgment, the ACE administrator may enter a judgment lien against the property by:
   (1)   Recording such judgment with the Washington County recorder pursuant to Utah Code Annotated section 78-22-1; and
   (2)   Recording such judgment in the registry of judgments pursuant to Utah Code Annotated section 78-22-1.5. (Ord. 2005-10, 2005)
