4.01.101: SHORT TITLE:
This title shall be known as the ADMINISTRATIVE CODE ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM, the ACE PROGRAM, or TITLE 4 OF THE IVINS CITY MUNICIPAL CODE. It may be cited and pleaded under any such designation. (Ord. 2005-10, 2005)
