10.06.507: INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT REISSUANCE:

A user with an expiring individual wastewater discharge permit shall apply for individual wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with section 10.06.405 of this chapter, a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the user's existing individual wastewater discharge permit. (Ord. 2018-19, 2018)
