10.06.407: INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT DECISIONS:
The pretreatment coordinator will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of a complete permit application, the manager will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit. The manager may approve, conditionally approve, or deny any application for an individual wastewater discharge permit. (Ord. 2018-19, 2018)
