When requested by the pretreatment coordinator, a user must submit information on the nature and characteristics of its wastewater within thirty (30) days of the request. The pretreatment coordinator is authorized to prepare a form for this purpose, and periodically may require users to update this information. If the user changes or adds a process, the user automatically is required to update the information provided to the pretreatment coordinator thirty (30) days prior to the process being changed or added.
