10.06.203: STATE PRETREATMENT STANDARDS:
State of Utah pretreatment standards, established by the Utah Administrative Code R317-8-8, are hereby incorporated. Any user subject to a state pretreatment standard is required to comply with the applicable standard. (Ord. 2018-19, 2018)
