10.06.102: ADMINISTRATION:
Except as otherwise provided herein, the Ivins City Public Works Director (hereinafter "Manager") shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the Manager may be delegated by the Manager to a duly authorized Ivins City Public Works or St. George Regional Water Reclamation Facility employee. (Ord. 2018-19, 2018)
