§ 98.03 PERMIT APPLICATION.
   An application to conduct a parade, open air meeting, or special event shall be made in writing by a representative of the group seeking the permit on an application form provided by the village to the Village President or his/her designee not less than 14 ten days prior to the event. Subject to § 98.06, if a potential parade, open air meeting, or special event will require significant involvement from village staff, including but not limited to planning, street closures, or police presence, any such application should be submitted as far in advance as reasonably possible so as to allow village staff the time and opportunity to make any necessary arrangements or plans. Any application form must be completed in its entirety.
