§ 150.42 EXTERIOR WALL MATERIALS FOR INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING BUILDINGS.
   (A)   The exterior walls of all industrial and manufacturing buildings and structures and any other building or structure in any "M" zoning district of the village, shall be constructed of stone masonry, brick masonry, poured-in-place concrete, precast concrete wall panels, glass and metal structural frame work, or a combination of these materials.
   (B)   The exterior walls of all buildings and structures in any OR or ROC zoning district of the village, shall be constructed of stone masonry, brick masonry, poured-in-place concrete, precast concrete wall panels, glass and metal structural framework, or a combination of these materials.
   (C)   All materials used shall comply with the building code requirements for fire resistance.
   (D)   Use of any other exterior wall materials shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees.
