§ 111.04 DUTY OF SOLICITORS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every solicitor, upon going onto any premises in the village, to first determine whether the notice specified in § 111.03 is exhibited as set forth therein, and to be governed by any prohibitions contained in such notice. If a notice stating "NO SOLICITORS INVITED " is exhibited at the premises, then the solicitor shall immediately and peacefully leave the premises.
   (B)   Any solicitor who has gained entrance to any premises, whether invited or not, shall immediately and peacefully depart from such premises when requested to do so by its occupant.
