NO SOLICITORS INVITED
(B) Such notice shall be printed with letters at least one-half inch in height. The Village Clerk shall keep and maintain cards of the kind herein described, to be provided to persons requesting them for the cost thereof.
(C) Any card so exhibited that complies with the criteria set forth herein, whether or not provided by the Village Clerk, shall constitute sufficient notice to any solicitor of the election by the occupant of such premises to prohibit solicitation at the residence or place of business where such card is posted.
(D) If no such card is posted, it shall be presumed that the occupant has elected not to prohibit solicitors.
