§ 90.37 SANITATION.
   Every place used as a small animal store shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. No refuse or waste material shall be allowed to remain thereon for more than 24 hours. All animals therein shall be humanely treated, and any animal having a contagious disease shall be isolated and properly treated.
