(A) Off-street parking areas providing spaces for the parking of vehicles from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on all days are hereby established in the following described places.
(1) Reserved. Between North Maple and North Oak and North of C.M. St. P. & P.R.R. (Lot #3)
(2) Unreserved. (Lot #1) West side of Maple Street to south of Irving Park Road
(Lot #2) South of Orchard Street to West of Elm
(B) Charges.
(1) For off-street reserved parking, a charge of $15.00 per vehicle per calendar month is established for the use of one reserved parking space in the lot designated.
(2) For off-street unreserved parking, a charge of $1.50 per day is established for the use of one unreserved parking space in the lot designated or the portions of streets designated.
(C) The Board of Trustees may from time to time by ordinance or resolution amend the regulations and charges for the use of such areas. No charge will be made for parking in such areas so designated on Saturdays, Sundays, legal holidays, or from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. All parking is prohibited from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(D) Any person who shall violate any of these provisions or not pay the parking charges hereby established, shall be subject to have their vehicles towed away at said person's expense.
