(A) Parking shall be allowed for a period of two hours in the following described locations.

(B) Two-hour parking for trucks.
(1) On streets which have industrial or manufacturing premises located thereon, a truck may stand or park on a street adjacent to or adjoining premises while waiting for space to become available to make deliveries or pickups at said premises, so long as the driver is in attendance and present with his truck, and provided that such standing, parking, or waiting time does not exceed two hours.
(2) Such standing or parking shall be close to the premises and on the same side of the street where deliveries or pickups are being made, except that parking or standing on either side of a street abutting residential property shall be prohibited.
(3) Whenever there is such a number of trucks standing or parking that the orderly flow of traffic is congested or is impeded thereby on the street, or when snow plowing is required, a traffic officer may order the driver to remove the truck to another area, and the driver shall so move the vehicle.

(C) No parking shall be allowed on the east side of Rush Street, between George and Washington on Sundays only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

(D) Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, parking shall be allowed for a maximum period of four hours in the following described locations:
