SCHEDULE III: SPEED LIMITS.

   Vehicles shall not exceed the speed of 25 m.p.h. on any street, road or highway within the village, excepting as further restricted in school zones, as established from time to time, and except on those streets, and for distances stated, where different speed limits are set and established from time to time. Speed limits are established for the streets and distances as follows:
