§ 71.122 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   A person seeking issuance of a parade permit shall file an application with the Chief of Police or other authorized village official on forms provided by such officer not less than 14 days prior to any parade. If a potential parade will require significant involvement from village staff, including but not limited to planning or police presence, any such application should be submitted as far in advance as reasonably possible so as to allow village staff the time and opportunity to make any necessary arrangements or plans. Any application form must be completed in its entirety.
