§ 54.08 NOTICE OF RATES.
   A copy of the ordinance, upon which this chapter is based, properly certified by the Village Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of DuPage County, Illinois, and shall be deemed public notice to all persons of the rates and charges of the village for water and sewer service and industrial cost recovery.
