§ 50.08 USE OF YARD WASTE PROGRAM.
   (A)   It is required of all owners of residential property, or persons in possession, not using a composting method, or other legal means of disposing of yard waste, to use the yard waste program adopted by the village, which has engaged in a commercial waste hauler to dispose of same, by which residents shall deposit the yard waste, separate from all other garbage, trash and refuse, and place in appropriate compostable paper bags (not to exceed 30-gallons capacity) and to which shall be affixed certain stickers or identifier tags, and placed at or near the street curb of the property for pick-up. The Board of Trustees shall adopt procedures from time to time to implement the yard waste program.
   (B)   Nothing herein contained shall prevent the owner of property or person in possession from using a law service which collects and disposes of yard waste, to a place outside of the village.
