It shall be unlawful for a yard sale to be conducted in the city without first obtaining a valid permit from the City Clerk/Treasurer for the sum of $5 per sale. The permit first required to be obtained before a yard sale may be held shall be issued to a physical address. Regardless of the number of persons residing at any given location, restrictions as to place, time and frequency of yard sales shall apply to the physical location of the yard sale.
