Any person who shall conduct a yard sale in the city without having in his or her possession a valid permit from the City Clerk/Treasurer shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100. Each day that a sale is conducted without a permit shall constitute a separate offense.
