Recyclers are prohibited from engaging in any transaction for a period of three years with a person convicted of a crime in any County Court where their conviction involved the selling of stolen metal or a stolen motor vehicle to any recycler in the county, the City of Irvine or the City of Ravenna. Law enforcement shall supply recyclers with the names and date of conviction of anyone convicted of such crime.
