§ 112.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   The penalty for violation of §§ 112.01 through 112.13 shall be as follows:

      (1)   First conviction: Class B misdemeanor constituting a fine not to exceed $250 and/or up to 90 days in jail; and

      (2)   Second conviction: Class A misdemeanor constituting a fine not to exceed $500 and/or up to one year in jail.

   (B)   The penalty for violation of §§ 112.25 through 112.35 shall be as follows: Class A misdemeanor constituting a fine not to exceed $500 and/or up to one year in jail.
