§ 112.11 TRANSACTIONS WITH PERSONS CONVICTED OF LARCENY-RELATED OFFENSES PROHIBITED.
   Pawnbrokers and precious metal dealers are prohibited from engaging in any transaction for a period of three years with a person convicted of a crime in any County Court where their conviction involved the selling or pawning of stolen property to any pawnbroker or precious metal dealer in the county, the City of Irvine or the City of Ravenna, Kentucky. Law enforcement shall supply pawnbrokers and precious metal dealers with the names and date of conviction of anyone convicted of such crime.
