§ 38.071 ALTERNATE MEMBERS.
   The executive authority of the city, with the approval of the legislative body (if different than the executive authority) may appoint two alternate members of the Board of Ethics who may be called upon to serve when any regular member of the Board is unable to discharge his or her duties. An alternate member shall be appointed for a term of one year. Alternate members shall meet all qualifications and be subject to all of the requirements of this chapter that apply to regular members.
