Officers shall not serve in any other service organization either full- or part-time, which may cause a conflict of interest, loyalty and responsibility to the Police Department. This includes, but is not restricted to, the Fire Department, Red Cross, volunteer fire unit, rescue squad, ambulance service or other type of law enforcement agency.
