§ 37.30 GIFTS, GRATUITIES, BRIBES OR REWARDS.
   Officers shall not solicit or accept from any person, business or organization any gift (including money, tangible or intangible personal property, food, beverage, loan, promise, service or entertainment) for the benefit of the officers or the Department, if it may be reasonably be inferred that the person, business or organization seeks to influence action of an official nature or seeks to affect the performance or nonperformance of an official duty, or has an interest which may be substantially affected directly or indirectly by the performance or nonperformance of an official duty.
