§ 37.27 USE OF TOBACCO.
   Officers on duty, either in uniform or plain clothes, shall not smoke while calling at a residence or place of business, unless permission is obtained from the occupant of the residence or business. The use of tobacco in any form in public is discouraged while in uniform, and may not be used while on traffic assignments. Chewing tobacco is prohibited during the tour of duty.
