(A) All written contracts or contract renewals will be reviewed by the City Attorney or his or her designee before execution.
(B) Approval from the Mayor in accordance with the city budget and specifications as set by the City Council is required prior to requesting the City Attorney to draft a contract on behalf of the city.
(C) The City Clerk will provide a copy of the contract or the information necessary for drafting of the contract to the City Attorney or his or her designee as soon as possible to expedite the review or drafting process.
(D) All contracts made on behalf of the city will be signed by the Mayor.
(E) A copy of all executed contracts must be provided to the City Attorney and the City Clerk for tracking and filing purposes unless other arrangements have been made.
