(A) The city has a strict smoke-free workplace policy in all city buildings to provide a safe and healthy environment for all employees and customers.
(B) Smoking is not allowed in any city building or in any other place prohibited by law or city ordinance.
(C) Designated smoking areas outside and away from entrances to city buildings will be specified for employees.
