There is hereby established a joint tourism commission between the Fiscal Court of Estill County, Kentucky, and the City Council of the City of Irvine, Kentucky to be known as the Irvine-Estill County Tourism Commission. The Commission shall serve and operate under such terms and conditions as may be established by the laws of the commonwealth and all applicable ordinances enacted by the establishing bodies.
