§ 35.02 EFFECT ON EXISTING ORDINANCES.

Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to affect the validity of any annual tax levy ordinance or any other ordinance levying a specific tax, and all such ordinances shall remain in full force and effect under their respective terms and conditions.
