A. State Law Incorporated By Reference: Subject to the following additional subsections, this section shall incorporate by reference the definitions, restrictions, requirements and limitations contained in chapter 453A, code of Iowa, as amended. Referenced chapters of the code of Iowa, as amended, are hereby made a part of this section as if set forth herein. (1994 Code)
B. Employee Education; Cigarette Sales: (Rep. by Ord. 06-4218, 6-27-2006)
1. Any violation of this section shall be considered a simple misdemeanor or municipal infraction as provided for in title 1, chapter 4 of this code.
2. Nothing in this subsection C shall be construed to preclude the city from complying with civil penalty, suspension and revocation procedures specifically set forth in the code of Iowa, as amended. (1978 Code §24-8; amd. 1994 Code)
