(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 202.99 of these Codified Ordinances for the general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)
In addition to the penalty provided in Section 202.99 of these Codified Ordinances for any person who turns on water service for any building or residence in the City after such service has been discontinued for leak, non-payment or other delinquency, such property shall be billed an administrative penalty of one and one-half times the cost of the last quarterly bill. Failure to pay such administrative penalty shall result in the addition of such cost to the property taxes of the property.
