1020.07 UTILITY POLES.

Utility poles may be placed in such streets as the City Manager shall prescribe and shall be located in accordance with the directions of the City Manager. Such poles shall be removed or relocated as the City Manager shall from time to time direct. In the case of City request for relocation, such relocation shall be done at no expense to the City.
