A permittee who violates any provision of this chapter or terms or conditions of a permit is responsible for a Municipal civil infraction, and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00)(plus costs of prosecution), or imprisonment not exceeding ninety-three days, or both, unless a specific penalty is otherwise provided for the violation in the Codified Ordinances or any other ordinance (Codified Ordinances Section 202.99). Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the remedies available to Municipality in the event of a violation by a permittee of this chapter.
